As a result of the school holidays changing, kindly assure you are aware of our minimum stay policy as well as the minimum number of guests required. Bookings can be made online or via email, info@trouthaven.co.za

 

If cancelling your booking, the following policy will apply.

Please take note of our cancellation policy – for when you cancel/move your booking:
If cancelling more than 90 days before check-in, you will not lose anything.
If cancelling 61-90 days before check-in – you will lose 25% of your deposit, if we do not find a replacement.
If cancelling 31-60 days before check-in – you will lose 50% of your deposit, if we do not find a replacement.
If cancelling 15-30 days before check-in – you will lose 100% of your deposit, if we do not find a replacement.
If cancelling 0-14 days before check-in – you will lose 100% of your total amount paid, if we do not find a replacement.

There will be a non-refundable admin fee of R150.00 per cancelled booking.
This fee will be deducted from your amount paid. Whether you choose to keep the amount as credit or want to have the amount refunded, this admin fee will not be refundable.

The cancellation will be posted on our cancellation groups.
Once we find a replacement and they have paid the deposit, only then we will be able to refund your deposit. Replacements must be the right fit before the deposit refund is affected.

Should you know of anyone who will be willing to take over your booking, please inform US, so that we do not post on our groups till they have confirmed. You are not allowed to advertise your booking on any social media, we will handle your booking when you want it to be taken over by someone else.

Cancellation due to weather conditions:
Please note Dwarsberg Trout Hideaway can’t be held liable for unforeseen weather conditions.
All our guests place their booking at their own risk.
Should you wish to cancel due to weather conditions – it will be treated as a normal cancellation, with our above-mentioned policy.
